  • How to Use: Clean Up: Thoroughly clean the surface with a universal surface cleaner to remove any dirt, debris, or oil. Prep the Metal: Remove any loose paint or rust using P320 sandpaper or a gray scuff pad. Clean Again: Blow off any dust or debris and clean the surface once more with a universal surface cleaner. Shake It Up: Ensure a consistent application by shaking the can vigorously for 1 minute before use.
  • Apply Your E-Coat: Apply 2-3 medium coats of E-Coat from a distance of 6-8 inches, allowing 5-10 minutes of flash time between each coat.
