DESCRIPTION: Perfecoat PC-3340 is a single-component transparent fast drying primer.It is used to promote adhesion of paint system to plastic parts.

COMPONENTS: PC-3340 Adhesion Promoter

SUBSTRATES: Plastic parts PP, PA, PE.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Wet sanding: Sanding with P800-P1000,

remove wax, silicon or other contaminations

with 3910 Degreaser.

Dry sanding: Sanding with cleaner.

MIX RATIO: Packaged ready to use

APPLICATION:

Spray gun set up and pressure:

RP ： 1.3mm 29-36psi

HVLP ：1.3mm 26-29psi

Coats & Thickness:

1-2 Coats, 4-5pm

Flash off time: 3-5 mins. between

coats @ 73°F

Air drying time: allow 5-10 mins. @ 73°F
