Here’s how to use it:

Clean the surface with a universal surface cleaner to remove any dirt, debris or oil.
Sand the surface with P400 grit sandpaper to create a slightly rough surface for better adhesion.
Blow off any dust or debris.
Clean the surface again with a universal surface cleaner.
Apply one medium wet coat of Adhesion Promoter from a distance of 10-12 inches.
Allow 3-5 minutes for the Adhesion Promoter to flash (partially dry) before applying your top coat.
Apply your top coat within 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed, lightly scuff the surface and reapply the Adhesion Promoter before applying the top coat.
