Perfecoat Plastic Adhesion Promoter Quart - PC-3340

Perfecoat PC-3340 is a single-component transparent fast drying primer. It is used to promote adhesion of paint system to plastic parts.

SUBSTRATES: Plastic parts PP, PA, PE.

SURFACE PREPARATION:Wet sanding: Sanding with P800-P1000, remove wax, silicon or other contaminations with 3910 Degreaser. 

Dry sanding: Sanding with cleaner.

APPLICATION:  Spray gun set up and pressure:

RP : 1.3mm 29-36psi HVLP : 1.3mm 26-29psi 

Coats & Thickness: 
1-2 Coats, 4-5pm Flash off time: 3-5 mins. between coats @ 73°F

Air drying time: allow 5-10 mins. @ 73°F 

Shelf Life: 2 years in original sealed can at cool and dry place at 41-95°F.

CLEARNING: 
Clean equipment immediately with solvent after application  PHYSICAL DATA:
